Because each item is produced specifically for your order, slight variations in colour, materials, or finish may occur. These variations do not constitute faults.

• If a parcel is returned to us due to incorrect or incomplete address information, you may be responsible for additional delivery charges.

We make every effort to ensure that product images and descriptions are accurate. However:

• Colours may vary slightly due to screen settings.

• Sizes are approximate.

• Frames, mounts, and materials may vary slightly depending on supplier availability.

8. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

8.1 Made‑to‑Order Products

Most of our Products are made to order. Under UK consumer law, made‑to‑order items are exempt from the standard 14‑day cancellation period.

For this reason, we cannot accept returns or cancellations for non‑faulty items once production has begun.

8.2 Faulty or Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged or faulty:

• Provide photographs of the issue and the packaging.

• We will arrange a replacement or refund.

Polebrook Art remains your contractual partner and is responsible for customer service.
